I'm always fascinated by the numerous variations of cerels as i walk down the shopping isle. I admit sometimes it can be a bit daunting to choose THE right cereal with all the right health benefits. Do you feel this way too or are you stuck to one specific Brand? Presently, i'm enjoying General Mills Oatmeal Crisp Triple Berry (Whole Grain). It contains strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
Pros:
It's quite flavorful and i like the fact that i don't need to add sugar to taste like some i've tried in the past. This one is already sweet as is!
Cons:
It does tend to get a bit soggy so to prevent this i don't add all the milk in the bowl at once BUT keep some handy to pour over as needed.
In all honesty, i'm looking for a good Organic Brand, mainly Whole Grain and it doesn't have to have the dehydrated fruits. Fresh fruits are BEST hence it's a good thing to add 'em on top. Blueberries, sliced bananas and strawberries are an amazing addition.
So, let's talk cereal. Do share your favorite(s) and the pros and cons. I'm open to trying some new ones once i've finished this box.

lol Okay, I guess that doesn't help now, does it?? Probably the closest I've had to organic is the kashi cereals and they aren't bad.

Bitter dark chocolate is horrible on it's own but for baking purposes it's fine when mixed with semi sweet etc.....
My favorite cereal is, well!!! I love POPS , I use to have Smack's Cereal, the one with the green frog on it!! Then they change it to Super sugar crisp!!! Yuck! Ruin it for me!!! Lucky charms, I will eat all the marsh mellows, then the cereal!!!
Then, all of a sudden, all the junky cereals, were bad for you!!! Argh!!! So, good old whole wheat cereals are the ones I eat now!!! Honey bunches of Oats, Granola Cereal I add fruits, almonds, what ever I have, and depends how hungry I am!!!! I also love oatmeal cereal, in maple brown sugar, I slice banana's in it, or strawberries!!! I don't like the Kashi with milk, good for snacking, or to have with icecream!!! And shredded wheat!!! Sorry Michelle, I hate those!!! I feel like I am chewing on rawhide!!! Takes me forever to chop that thing down!!! LOL!!!
I prefer eating most of these cereals at night, when I get the munchies, like right about now!!!! LOL!!!
By the way< I never care for chocolate flavor cereals, only because it does havoc to my stomach!!! Yike!!! :P
